Welcome to Edinsta, a social learning platform operated by Edufic Digital (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Edinsta’s website, features, services, applications, and community environments (“Platform”). By accessing or using Edinsta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Eligibility
   You may use Edinsta only if all the following are true:
   You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
   You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
   You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and these Terms.
   If you are under 18, you must use the Platform under appropriate adult guidance.
   We may refuse or revoke access at our sole discretion.

2. Nature of Edinsta
   Edinsta is not a tutoring platform, professional coaching service, educational institution, or verified knowledge authority. Edinsta is a user-generated content platform, where users post content, participate in discussions, share files and links, and join groups based on courses and subjects. All user content is informational only, not verified by Edinsta. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any content.

3. Your Account
   By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and not to share your password or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Edinsta may suspend or permanently delete accounts, remove usernames, deny access, or restrict features for any violation, or at our discretion, without notice.

4. Acceptable Use
   You agree NOT to upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or explicit content; share copyrighted, paid, proprietary, institutional, or confidential material; engage in harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks; impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity; manipulate rankings, points, rewards, or platform metrics; send spam, promotions, ads, referrals, or solicitations; run bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools; reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or copy platform code; mine data, harvest user information, or use Edinsta for AI model training; attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or platform controls; upload malware, viruses, phishing links, or harmful files; interfere with the functioning of Edinsta or abuse any feature.
   Violations may result in content removal, shadowbans, restrictions, suspension, permanent termination, or legal action. We may enforce actions without warning.

5. User-Generated Content
   5.1 Ownership & License
   You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting on Edinsta, you grant us a broad, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to store, host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, archive, moderate, analyze, annotate, or process content, and to use content for platform improvement, algorithms, and safety systems. This license survives account deletion.

5.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for everything you post. You confirm that you have rights to the content, that the content is lawful, does not violate copyright, trademarks, privacy, or IP, does not breach confidentiality obligations, and is safe to share. Edinsta is not responsible for copyright violations, illegal distribution of materials, or damages caused by user posts. Violations may result in termination and legal reporting.

5.3 Public Visibility
Anything you post on Edinsta may be saved, downloaded, screenshotted, shared externally, or redistributed by other users. Edinsta cannot prevent this, and you share content at your own risk.

5.4 Moderation Rights
We may remove, hide, restrict, downrank, shadowban, disable, or delete any content or user account without notice. You have no expectation of review, explanation, or restoration.

6. Edinsta Points, Ranks & Rewards
   Points have no monetary value. Points may be modified, removed, reset, or discontinued anytime. Rewards or perks are not guaranteed. Abuse may result in forfeiture or suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
   All platform content, branding, design, UI, database structures, software, and platform features are owned by Edufic Digital. You must not copy, reuse, distribute, scrape, extract data, create derivative or competing platforms, or use Edinsta materials for commercial purposes.

8. Third-Party Links, Files & External Content
   Edinsta does not review or verify links shared by users and does not guarantee their legality, safety, or quality. We are not responsible for malware, copyright violations, misinformation, scams, financial loss, or data breaches resulting from external links. You access external content at your own risk. External platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. No Professional Advice
   User content is not professional educational, legal, or career advice. Edinsta does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. Use your discretion.

10. Suspension, Throttling & Termination
    We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, limit your reach, throttle your posting ability, disable features, block your device, suspend your account, permanently terminate access, or delete your data. We are not obligated to provide justification or appeal rights.

11. Platform Monitoring & Automated Systems
    You consent to Edinsta’s use of automated detection systems, machine-learning moderation, content scanning, behaviour analysis, fraud-prevention systems, and activity logging to maintain safety and compliance.

12. Disclaimers
    Edinsta is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, availability of features, safety of external links, prevention of harmful content, compatibility with devices, or restoration of deleted data. You use Edinsta entirely at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edinsta and Edufic Digital are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or reputation; damages from user content; damages from malware or external links; damages from account suspension; errors, outages, downtime; or unauthorized access to your account. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edinsta and Edufic Digital for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or costs arising from your actions, content, misuse of the Platform, violations of laws, violations of rights of third parties, or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You waive the right to class action or consolidated claims.

16. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of Edinsta after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
